I greatly enjoyed this relaxing hotel, it did not disappoint. The location was unbeatable and magnificent there, in the middle of the city. The staff were attentive and well-trained and the pool area was lovely.

We enjoyed spending our days by the crystal-clear waters of the beach club, which was just a hop, skip, and a jump away from the modern hotel. The kids had a blast building sandcastles and splashing in the shallow waves, while my wife and I relaxed on the sun loungers. And the views from the rooftop infinity pool were simply breathtaking. We could see the entirety of Dubai's skyline while lounging in the refreshing water. It was truly a blissful experience.
My children wanted more activities for kids at the hotel.

Exceptionally comfortable beds, a mini-bar, climate control and a personal safe in the room. Exceptionally nice and fantastic location, 15 minutes' walk to Al Ittihad Park.

The twin/double room was incredible and had a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a mini fridge bar and tea/coffee making equipment. The location was unbeatable and excellent, really close to right across nakheel mall and a Mall and the restaurant...

I'd give it more than 4 stars, everything was perfect. The staff was incredibly nice and accommodating and the rooms were amazing. The location was great and fantastic - just walking distance from everywhere I wanted to go.

the location was perfect, as it was close to both the beach and a mall. the room was modern and comfortable, with a king-size bed that provided a great night's sleep. the service was outstanding, with friendly and helpful staff members. the hotel also had great facilities, including an infinity pool with a stunning view and a fantastic rooftop pool. it was a fantastic experience.
That there was no proper coffee spot inside the hotel, so I had to walk outside to get my caffeine fix.

The value for money at this hotel was outstanding, and the room itself was clean and very comfortable. The location was great, with the west beach just behind the hotel and a short 10-minute drive to JBR. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
Hotel breakfast could have been improved by offering a wider variety of options.

The infinity pool and spacious rooms were amazing. The bed was very comfortable and everything was clean. The staff, especially Mr. Rakan and Mr. Vlad, went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The location was perfect, right on the beach. The employees, including Dinesh, were polite and helpful.
Felt like home, no complaints at all.
