I greatly enjoyed this relaxing hotel, it did not disappoint. The location was unbeatable and magnificent there, in the middle of the city. The staff were attentive and well-trained and the pool area was lovely.

I'd give it more than 4 stars, everything was perfect. The staff was incredibly nice and accommodating and the rooms were amazing. The location was great and fantastic - just walking distance from everywhere I wanted to go.

Hip new hotel.

Exceptionally comfortable beds, a mini-bar, climate control and a personal safe in the room. Exceptionally nice and fantastic location, 15 minutes' walk to Al Ittihad Park.

Beautiful infinity pool views

We had a blast enjoying the rooftop pool and relaxing on the sun loungers . The room was cozy, and I loved the quick access to the private beach for some sun and fun. Just a heads up, the mini bar policy was a little odd, but it didn't spoil our great time 🌊

I had a peaceful break at this hotel. The views from the rooftop infinity pool were fine, overlooking the palm and the beautiful beach. The staff was great with their friendliness and attention to detail.

The staff, especially Concierge Supervisor Ali, made everything effortless, from arranging transportation to offering great local tips. Don't miss the delicious on-site dining options. Just remember to bring your own toothpaste and brush!

The hotel's exclusive private beach club was amazing for our family. The kids loved the infinity pool overlooking the beach. Rooms were spacious and perfect for us. The dining options offered plenty of variety for everyone.

In my wife's opinion, better activities for kids would be great.

The breakfast area was often overcrowded, and waiting for the lifts could be frustrating. It was a pleasant experience, especially thanks to the lovely beach.

One evening, I faced a bit of an issue when I wanted to relax by the rooftop pool without ordering food. The staff asked us to move to the other side away from the view, a bit disappointing. The beautiful room decor and cleanliness made up for it. The hotel were really nice when my boyfriend lost his phone in a taxi. They tracked it down and helped return it the next day. Really appreciative of the effort from the staff here.
